A deposit of 150 GBP OR $200 USD and a security deposit of 100 GBP OR $150 (returnable after your vacation) secures the villa for your stay.Completion of the website “Booking Form” should be sent with the booking. Confirmation of your booking with a receipt for the balance will be remitted to you as soon as possible. The balance of your holiday booking will then become payable 8 weeks before departure. Bookings within 8 weeks of departure will require full payment.
Prices include all Local Taxes, Sales tax & Tourist tax.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PETS OF ANY DESCRIPTION ARE ALLOWED IN THE VILLA.

Availability
Please check our AVAILABILITY CALENDAR for your desired dates. You can use the booking form to provisionally reserve dates.
Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking, please fill in and post our BOOKING FORM (pdf format). You will need Adobe Reader to display the booking form which can be downloaded by CLICKING HERE.
Payment
We accept online payments for Paypal accounts, credit and debit cards.
Other Information
You are strongly advised to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation, accident/illness or damage.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and those for whom you are booking are in possession of valid passports and any appropriate visas. British passports must be valid for 6 months after your departure from the USA.
It is the standard policy of Florida Villa that the property is deemed as Non-Smoking. Therefore All Guests are required not to smoke whilst in the villa. Smoking is permitted in the pool deck area, and ash trays are provided for this purpose. Any extra cleaning or damage, howsoever caused through Guests not abiding by this Non-Smoking Policy, will be dealt with by the deduction of such costs as required by Florida Villa from their security deposit, according to the Security Bond Procedure.
