Our luxurious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa is fully air-conditioned and sleeps 8. It is tastefully decorated and is furnished to an exceptionally high standard.
The private screened extra large pool (31ftx16ft) has an extended patio and is furnished with dining table, 8 chairs and 4 sunloungers. For your convenience, there is also a separate pool shower.
The villa is located on Loma Vista development and is situated off what was County Road 54 and is now known as Ronald Reagan Parkway in the Davenport area of Central West Florida.
The development is amongst orange groves and set upon one of the highest points of the gentle rolling hills of the Central Florida range. The development is approximately a 30 minute drive southwest from Orlando International airport.
Loma Vista is an ideal location for all the major Orlando attractions, close to Interstate 4 and Highway US 27 and is only a ten minute drive to Disney World main entrance.
Championsgate also offers local shopping, including Publix supermarket, Walgreens, dry cleaners, post office, bank, petrol station, video store, liquor store, etc and a number of restaurants.
Close to Loma Vista is the Omni Leisure and Golf Center (3 minute drive). This PGA Championship standard course was designed and is owned by Greg Norman. This beautiful centre is a must for golfers staying in the Davenport area.
Access to the US 192 and US Highway 27 and the endless number of restaurants and attractions is a 10 minute drive away.
Within Loma Vista there is a large communal swimming pool with toilet and changing facilities, floodlit tennis court and a childrens playpark.
The villa is situated on an end position on a quarter acre site with an open outlook and a south facing large private pool (screened) which is not overlooked.
A weekly pool cleaning service and a weekly lawn cutting service.
A maid service between rentals ensures the high standard of this villa is maintained for our guests. All linens and towels are supplied.
The lounge area has three, three seater sofas, end tables and coffee tables, video, dvd and cable tv supplying 100 channels dislayed on a large 52″ LCD TV.
The dining area has a luxurious dining table that comfortably seats eight.
The master bedroom has en-suite and is tastefully furnished with dressing table and bedside tables.
There is a 32 inch wall mounted LCD television for additional comfort and an additional dressing area off the en-suite consisting of corner tub and cubicle shower and a seperate toilet.
The twin bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience.
