On entering the property you will find what we in Florida call "The Great Room" This is furnished with three large comfortable sofas,a large screen TV with satellite service providing close to 200 channels. to accompany the TV is a DVD player and a VCR.

The room also has three corner tables with lamps and a large coffee table. The whole property is air conditioned and each room has a large overhead fan for extra comfort.

The kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience including Large refrigerator, large family cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the dishes,pots,pans, cutlery and glassware that you could possibly need

Next to the kitchen is a large dining area which can be used for a formal dinner or as a breakfast nook

 

 

The villa has a two car garage which contains the washer and dryer and also an ironing board and iron.
